However, may i encourage you to appreciate life despite the hash situation we have found ourselves. rather than focusing on difficult and challenging side of life, you can focus on the the palatable side of it. now, have u ever known people who complain about everything? Their soup is too hot, their bed is too cold, their Holiday is too short, their pay is too small. you sit at a banquet with them enjoying every meal, they are busy dictating fault. Such people dont appreciate life no matter how good it is. May i share with you the story of a very together and independent ninety-two year old lady who was moving into a nursing home. since she was legally blind and her husband of seventy years had passed way, the move was her only option. She waited in the lobby of the facility for a long time before finally being told that her room was ready. As she was escorted down the corridor, her attendant described the room, down to the curtains hung on the windows. i love it, the elderly lady enthused. but you havent even seen the room yet. just wait,the attendant responded. That doesnt have anything to do with it, she replied. Happiness is something you decide ahead of time. whether i like my room or not doesnt depend on how the furniture is arranged. Its how i arranged my mind. Dear friend, i encourage you to be like this old woman. though she has not seen her room, but has appreciated it by mere description. appreciation isnt a matter of taste or sophistication. It is a matter of perspective. John wooden said, Things turn out best for the the people who make the best of the way things turn out. The place to start is with the little things. Dear friend, if you can learn to appreciate them and be grateful for them, you will appreciate the big things as well as everything in between. wishing you a splendid day ahead.
