And this could be achieved because so many liberals put their brains on hiatus once “health care reform” became a distinct possibility and lashed out instinctively and viciously against any criticism of whatever slop was put forth under that moniker. It had Obama backing it, it had the Democrats in Congress backing it. It MUST be good—the Democrats are the good people…! Uh-huh. Tell that to the millions of Americans whose insurance plans (which they liked and were promised they could keep) were cancelled. Tell that to the millions of low-income Americans who will still have no health insurance next year, but now they get to pay an additional tax to the government. (They must be penalized for their inability/unwillingness to give money to health insurance companies on a monthly basis.) The Democrats did this to you…aren’t you happy…? Aren’t you grateful…? I hope the Republicans take the Senate, and together with the House, they pass a bill repealing the mandate. They pass a bill taking away that burdensome, unjust, outrageously regressive tax on low-income Americans. And then they send that bill to the Oval Office where Obama can veto it. Put the onus all on him…establish that he’s the guy okay with taking money from the people least able to afford it. Establish that he’s the guy acting as an arm-twister for the insurance companies…
