...it always have been in my thoughts, even before when I was still sort of a devout Catholic Christian, of certain aspects of the Christian teachings especially on what is taught about Jesus and his sacrifice... probably with these matters i was(am still) too dumb to understand and that the way i thought of it is different from the general population...i just brushed off these thoughts at that time as i was busy trying to be devout and these lines of thought are blasphemous and sinful... ...in exchange for the good feels they receive from religion, people tend to forget to look deeper into the different aspects of of their belief especially the most important ones...the comfort and belongingness they enjoy, hinders them to ask the difficult questions, scared to lose them in the process...i no longer subscribe to it but i am still curious why it has to be believed... ...i wonder what the believers have to say with the points raised in this youtube vid by DiscoveringReligion...i want to know what justifications are present to counter them...i might be missing a lot that is why i am an atheist... ...if you care enough, please watch the vid and let me know your thoughts... i just want to learn more... *warning* - it contains graphic clips from the holocaust
