We can get it from fruits and vegetables, their juices and from melted ice. Personally I am not drinking any other water for about few months. u would be surprised what kind of stuff is on the bottom of tap or bought water. from kind of dusty to bigger pieces, and any colors. it is a little job to change the bowls twice a day . so use bigger jar. i try to avoid plastic bottles, so more putting in and out for me.
