☆☆☆☆ its time ☆☆☆☆ Are you making a new years resolution to be healthy...again?? Dont wait for the perfect time to start, just do it now!! But what are you going to do differently this time to succeed? You cant just do a couple workouts and then expect a transformation, thats not how it works, sorry. It takes consistency, frequency, and intensity. You have to push yourself to see results. You should be working out daily and eating right consistently, drinking shakeology helps. You can FEEL results quickly, but to see them takes time. There are no diet pills or magic formulas to do what being healthy does. Below is MY 9 month transformation for 2014, over halfway to my goal!!.
