(iv). Blood Relationship of Hill and valley People To organise awarness campaign to hill and valley indigeneous people to know their identity, blood relationship and affinity. (v). Stop influx of foreigners. To press the people and the government to stop the continuous influx of Kukis from Mayanmar and Muslim, particularly Rohingya from Bangladesh, resulting to dangerous demographic change, which will cause Meetei minority and homeless within few decades. (vi). Not to sell land to foreigners To make aware and warning to all the Meeteis not sell any landed property to non-Meeteis and get information about persons who had sold or are going to be sold. (vii). Authorised Landed Property dealers. To establish landed property dealers in all constituencies authorised by the government for sale and purchage of land and form rules and regulations including fixation of rate of land periodically for all places. (viii). Stop Conversion of Agricultural Land To campaign against conversion of agricultural land to construct dwelling houses by non-Meeteis, Thus surrounding Meetei Villages apparently with Imphal, Valley penetration plan. Convince and press the government to take up stern action against the culprits. (ix). Manipuri History To Demand introduction of ancient and mediaval History of Manipur to Schools and Colleges so that the children know their origin and identity. (x). Land for Meeteis of Outside Manipur. To influence and mobilise the people to press the government to earmark many areas of land for those Meeteis who fled Manipur during 7 years Devastation: This will be best counter action against the influx of Myanmaries and Bangladeshis to stop demographic change. (xi). Meetei to Settle in Border Areas To Organise any Meetei particularly from outside Manipur who always love and have more sense of belongingness for Manipur to settle in all border areas to save Teritory of Manipur and save Meetei nation. (xii). Codification of Religious places. To Codify and arrange residiential places for all the Meeteis LAINING PURELS to all historical Sylvan Deity ritual places and sacred places of Meetei and indigeneous tribes. e.g. Koubru, Thangjing, Marjing, Wangbren, Ingourok, Nongmaijing, Heibok, Langol, Hiyanthang, Pureiromba and many other places. It should be done on priority basis to save Meetei nation and identity. (xiii). Special Campaign for youths To organise special youth awarness campaigns for youth character building, along with giving knowledge of Socio-Economic,Politics demographic change, environmental and health condition of Manipur. (xiv). Environmental and ecological Task Forces To organise awarness campaign for Environmental and Ecological task force for complete stop of burning forests and indiscriminate cutting of trees. This was recomended even by the Army but the state government did not recomend properly. However it was informed that Home Ministry recommended 3 Battalions of Ecological Task Force. (xv). To support the people and the NGOs if their demands and suggestion are reasonable and agreed by the Forum.
