Properly that is = front knee should never go beyond your #toes and should actually be at 90 back leg should be extended a little over 90 keep #hips in line, #bellybutton pulled to the spine, a slight forward lean to keep the #spine aligned and our #shoulders pulled back and away from the #ears.. Doing #lunges properly and you should find that this #exercise is NOT easy.. When the #form is mastered, lift the back #leg and/or add weight!
