@mgpauley4: Okay everyone, as promised for helping me double ( actually almost triple) my votes yesterday, I am sharing some of my favorite ways to train my glutes!! Exercises in order: - Top left: sumo deadlift! Great for working your entire lower half, but when squeezing those glutes and driving through your heels, your glute muscles really get to work! - Bottom left: body weight sumo squats. Working in body weight exercises and plyometrics helps to maximize power development - Top right: Glute extensions! Great working a little more isolation with some hamstring tie in! - Bottom right: weighted glute bridge! Great exercise for all fitness levels and a variety of ways to do it!
