@mountaindog1 one arm barbell rows. This is the first time Ive ever done this exercise and I LIKE IT! I think back to when I was 25 and I wonder why I was such an asshole? I thought I knew everything. Its amazing that at 35 and 15yrs lifting Im still learning and loving the process more now than I ever have! I know a lot of you younger guys think you have it all figured out but I promise you there will be more to learn as you go.
