Never mind Javed Akhtar, Kiirti Azad and other sundry RS members saying that attending RS is a duty, a responsibility; and that you should be expelled from RS for not attending. The Constitution doesnt say so. Tell these worthies to go and read the Constitution, for their first time, you can add to rub the salt in the wound, so to speak. And do ask: What about RaGa? Should he also be expelled for low attendance and for not asking questions in his many, many, years’ longer innings in Parliament than yours?
