#offerRoom STUDIO IN EASYSTREET 30m2 FOR €425 A MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE Because of my internship elsewhere, I will sub rent my furnished studio in Easystreet. It is available for a student from the 10th of January 2015 until the 17th of August 2015 for an amount of €425 per month all-inclusive. I have a unit 1 studio in Easystreet, which means a room, bathroom and kitchen for your self (approximately 30 m2). I have a router in my studio, and on the ground floor is also wifi. My studio is on the fifth floor and you have a nice view over the city and the garden. It is only 15 to 20 minutes cycling to NHTV and Avans and 10 minutes to the city center. Easystreet is a nice, new, international campus with over 200 students and with great facilities. On the ground floor there is a big, beautiful lounge, library and kitchen for everyone. Moreover there is a large private garden for the people who live in Easystreet. There is a laundry room, where you can easily do your laundry for a small amount of money; this is done with a Miele card, which you will also receive from me. You can put on money it via the website and make a reservation. Also each floor has its own bicycle storage, where you can safely store your bike, and a container room where you can trow away your trash. One important condition is that it is NOT aloud to smoke in my appartment! Also, because I leave all my furniture and kitchenware in the room, I will ask a guarantee of €300, which I will return afterwards.
