#offerRoom #subrent #Girlsonly Hello everyone, Due to my placement I am subletting my room from the 2nd/3rd week of January until the end of July, or a few weeks shorter/longer if you want to. My room actually consists of 2 rooms, so you have a separate bedroom. The bigger room is about 12/13m² and also has a built-in closet. The smaller (bedroom) is about 4/5m² so in total 17/18m². The rooms are fully furnished and includes a small fridge as well. The room is €350 and within the rental price water, electricity and Wi-Fi is included. You will share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with 5 other (Dutch) girls. The room is located in the Acaciastraat, in Tuinzigt and has a Jumbo supermarket at the end of the street. It takes about 15 minutes to cycle to NHTV/Avans and the centre is 10 minutes cycling. The rental is going via BredaWonen and you will have to pay €75 (excl. VAT) once for drawing up a new contract.
