one solution type (draft)-plan- Annan, tested in Ukraine-Crimea. i. a Dominant Dimokrtia, and ii. in this Autonomous Republic, with other Confederate structures at the level of the Constitutional Court (four-4-judges from mainland Ukraine, and three-3-judges of the autonomous Crimea) with participation (three-3-) foreign O.S.C.E./O.N.U. dikastis still/E.U. or one of the Commonwealth of independent States, with half a vote by the European judge (E.U.). – When the two judges voting the same (will pick up for a vote) if they vote differently, would cancel the vote. μιά λύση τύπου (σχεδίου) Ανάν, να δοκιμαστεί στην Ουκρανία-Κριμαία. i. μία Κυρίαρχη Δημοκρτία, και ii. μέσα σ αυτή άλλη Δημοκρατία Αυτόνομη, με συνομοσπονδιακές δομές σε επίπεδο συνταγματικού δικαστηρίου (τέσσερεις -4- δικαστές απ’ την ηπειρωτική Ουκρανία, και τρείς -3- δικαστές απ’ την Αυτόνομη Κριμαία) με συμμετοχή (τριών -3-) ξένων O.S.C.E./O.N.U./E.U. ή ένας δίκαστής ακόμα απ’ την κοινοπολιτεία ανεξαρτήτων κρατών, με μισό ψήφο με τον Ευρωπαίο δικαστή (E.U.). –όταν οι δυό δικαστές ψηφίζουν το ίδιο (θα πιάνετε για μία ψήφος) αν ψηφίζουν διαφορετικά, θα ακυρώνετε η ψήφος-.
