#pbpractice day 2! start in downward facing dog - on an exhale bring the knee to the nose to step up to low lunge - use an inhale to extend the chest and an exhale to step the back foot up right to chair pose - inhale to rise up to chair pose - press the palms together and exhale as you twist across the body for revolved chair - inhale to open the arms wide - option to hold here for 5 breaths or place the palms down and lean in for side crow! todays movements really emphasize connecting the breathe every step of the way, even though there are a number of poses dont rush - move at the pace of your breath as you become more aware of the length for each inhale - pause - exhale cycle. it was awesome to see so many rad videos for day 1 keep them coming! if you decide to give this one a go use the #pbpractice hashtag so i can check them out :) #yoga
