#pcos #pcosaa #cyster rant - The TODAY SHOW just posted an article about the Fat Girl Dancing show about the woman with PCOS.... I am MIND BLOWN at how uneducated and ignorant people are. Just because PCOS can make us gain weight doesnt mean we should hate ourselves too! Part of the getting healthy process involves loving yourself!!! And being over weight is not a death sentence. And with PCOS it might be very hard to lose weight but it is not impossible. Dont give up on yourselves. And LOVE yourself! I am 80lbs heavier than I was 3 years ago and I am 100 times more confident. In this society everyone is always going to have something negative to say. Too fat too thin too dark etc. NO ONE IS PERFECT. Not everyone that is thin is anorexic and not everyone that is over weight is a lazy bum that eats all day.....Sorry. Just needed to rant.
