#pcosaa #pcos #cyster question - After being diagnosed a year ago with PCOS at 18, after reading hundreds of forums, going to my doctor last week and being told all the dairy/gluten free diets wont help and being told to get the miners coil, I have started to take vitamins: b12, chromium, iron, d3 and biotin today. Can anyone tell me if a) the mirena has helped and b) if taking such vitamins has helped?
