#polymerartchallenge Day 1: Polymer Clay Art Challenge initiated by Donna Greenberg Rules: for 5 days, the nominated artist will show one of her/his pieces and also nominate one artist to do the same. Thank you for the nomination from two women I admire and greatly appreciate their artistic talents: Sage Bray, and my sister and business partner for the last 24 years, Ann M Mitchell (its the 24th anniversary of our mixed-media jewelry company today). I would like to nominate Sue Heaser, as she has made many wonderful contributions to the polymer community through her books, techniques, and art. I created this reversible Mosaic Vest in 1997 to wear at the first national polymer clay conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee at Arrowmont. With an educational background in fashion and costume design, I continue to enjoy exploring the use of polymer in wearable art.
