{preggo circuit 1} You dont have to be preggo to do this FYI. ;) this is a low impact circuit for all fitness levels! - 12-15 pull-ups on equilizers (you can do regular pull-ups or assisted/jumping pull-ups on a bar) - 12-15 stiff leg deadlifts with sandbag (or dumbbells) - 12-15 pushups... You can do them elevated or not. Go to knees for lower intensity - 12-15 sandbag squat to burpee. For modification just do weighted squats with sandbag. You can use dumbbells for this too if you dont have a sandbag. - 24-30 reverse lunges - 12-15 sandbag swings (can use a kettle bell or if you dont have either hold a dumbbell with two hands) Do this round 3-4x Rest 30 sec between rounds *make sure to always stick with your fitness level, listen to your body and ask your doctor before starting any kind of new exercise program.
