Keep your back straight and rotate your waist side to side, do this 10 times for each side. Next, move into a bowlers lunge and make sure you keep your knees behind your toes, lift your leg and do an oblique crunch. Keep your core tight and do the 10 times on each leg. Repeat 3 times!
