*sighs* When will NOUN learn? I cant believe that the same virus of four years ago still thrives despite the advancement in the present world and aggrandizement on the part of NOUN,there have been no significant improvement in the conduct of E-exams. My Question is: Why have we left HQ after they seem to be a reasonable level of improvement in the conduct which of course was as a result of the expression of anger displayed based on their ineptitudes. Why should NOUN still experience issues like server is down or question as disappeared or some very irritating excuse that degrades a responsible institution anywhere in the world. A staff made a remark you people are too much and I replied why is NOUN biting more than it can chew. There was mild drama today when the server abruptly shut down while students were in the middle of exams. Some students left the hall probably because they lost hope in the system or because they felt it will be resolved after they were told so by some staffs. They say once beaten twice shy... Just two of us stood our grounds dat if the error was not resolved and we dont complete that exam,we will not move a toe from our spot. We tried to ensure that some 100 level students do not leave until it is resolved buh after about 45 mins (after some staffs intimidated us with getting our matric numbers) they left. We were just five left and after about an hour and some minute after we entered the hall after 12pm for an exam of 8am, our slips were collected and time was restored to 1hr and we log in,completed the exam and submitted and the result was good. That was just a summary of what happened because I dont intend to bore you with too much details. What would happen to those who were unable to complete the exam.Do you also know that students who were to write 2pm papers were shifted to friday cos as at 2:30pm when I left,11am exams were yet to start. If you do not stand for your right,you will fall for your ignorance.Do not allow anyone or anything to destroy a foundation or structure you are trying to build.If you continue to live in fear,trust me,it will never get better. Change your thinking
