so today i witnessed a boat on the spring river happily speeding up an down the river ,i gestured to slow down but ohhhhhhh nooo not till he could see i was takeing down his liscense # then he cruised up an spoke w/me yesd me very politely claimed he didnt know about a no wake law in rivers,why the law cause when u do that the wake goes up on shore an takes out nesting animals like turtle eggs an turtle eggs must remain in the position they r layed or they die an if thye fall into the water they die an right now in Ar. the soft shelled turtle is becomeing rare an endangered as is the hell bender that is hARMLESS so if u dont want the "Blueway take care of ur nature so ur goverment doesnt have to do it for u...an no i didnt turn the guy in ...if a wildlife officer sees wakes its a hefty fine ...plus look at all the critters that r potentially killed caus eu cant obey the laws put there 4 a reason...jmo
