To whom it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service I received from your Technical Desk agent Leezane Layte today. I was extremely concerned about a transaction which reportedly had been lost between my clients bank account and our bank account. Leezanne was courteous and professional and immediately set my mind at ease, assuring me that Sureswipe would be able to provide me with the necessary documentation to show my client that her transaction had not been processed.
