[tbs 정오뉴스] ▶Court Rules Partially In Favor Of Workers In Hyundai Motor Case The Seoul Central District Court has ruled that Hyundai Motor should partially count regular bonuses given to its employees as part of their ordinary wages. 23 members of Hyundais union filed a lawsuit in March 2013 demanding that bonuses, transportation, and vacation stipends be counted as ordinary pay and that the condition be applied retroactively for three years. The court ruled partially in favor of the plaintiffs, saying that management should reassess regular bonuses paid to two unionists, who were a part of Hyundai Auto Service.
