#tbt Sunday I went out to contribute to an excellent initiative staged by the Black River Chamber of Commerce in association with the Black River Parish Council, the Sunset River Run which was in aid of the Black River Hospital. That 5K was a journey and a half .. trust me... but I thought it important not just to go, but to lead by example by participating. Shout out to Members of the G2K St. Elizabeth who also took on the journey and to the ever present Councillor Caretaker for the Black River Division Dr. Bamidele.
