:) this article is one about of our rescue dogs! The humane society came by, cited the family and told them their dogs must get licensed within the week or they would have fines incurred. They went online, found our rescue and thought we were an animal shelter. They asked if we could pick them up... We took both sugar and her sister into our program. We normally get our dogs and immediately take them for vetting. In this case- they went immediately to the groomers for a much overdue grooming! There was no saving their coats. We shaved them and gave them sweaters to cover it up till their hair could grow back. Then... They got spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Collars.. ID tags.. The works.
