[tl;dr] Tell me your top 5 achievements for this year and your 5 resolutions for next year. At the end of each year I really enjoy sitting down with a coffee and having a nice big read of peoples top achievements for the year, and what they plan to do next year. I really do sit down and ready everything with a smile, its super warm fuzzy feeling and I love hearing from you guys. So to start it off, heres mine! Achievements 1) Moving back to Melbourne and establishing a solid base/studio. 2) Taking the first steps towards being totally legitimate business wise and sorting out my previous years worth of messy tax. 3) Getting back into feeling creative and writing new music after a long period of doing boring administration stuff. 4) Learning Max MSP to a point where I can actually make useful tools and utilities that help myself and others. 5) Letting my loved ones cut off my dreadlocks after 16 years and looking somewhat like a respectable man. Resolutions 1) Get my mammoth electronic music course recorded and online. 2) Finish off my tax situation and finally be able to save/make big financial decisions again. 3) Expand team COSM by hiring a developer, administrator and moving into other fields Ive always wanted to but havent been able due to said tax situation. (The main motivation behind this is so other people can do all the grunt work with managing a project of this size, and I can focus on just creating and interacting with others) 4) Start my savings pool and start planning to buy my own property within the next 5 years 5) Develop a new, unique way of creating and synthesizing of sounds thats never been heard before.
