#trainertiptuesday! So I hate the term ab exercises. Generally people are asking for movements that they think will help them develop a flat and right tummy. Wrong. Without proper nutrition its impossible. However, that does not mean you should not focus on developing a strong core. Movements that challenge your balance automatically demand the cooperation of your core. As you develop your core you should notice a difference in low back pain, tightness, as well as stiffness. Not only will pain begin to disappear but posture will improve and overall flexibility will follow suit. Moral of the story: -stop trying to do ab routines to get a flat tummy -start focusing on movements that will help develop your core muscles that will help with balance, stability and flexibility. Tag a friend who could use some help getting rid of low back pain!
