**update** Around 2:30am, the attending physician at SF came in to let us know that my suspicions were correct, that Tom does have a gall stone stuck in his Biliary Duct. He was sent by ambulance to Emory, and Alyssa and I followed. This is something very serious, as Tom cannot have his gallbladder removed like normal patients, due to hypertension and variscies in his portal vein. Also, because he has liver disease, he has no clotting factors, so he would hemorrhage. We just arrived at Emory to the transplant floor, where they will do an US to see exactly whats going on, and thats when theyll let us know whats going to happen next. Please keep us in your prayers. We are all very nervous and worried, as we dont know any details. We are all very tired and physically drained as well, so our minds drained as well.
