***update*** We got some excellent news today from the boys doctors!! The boys are doing amazing!! Carters heart problems has completely disappeared for the most part! Besides the fact that Carter still is experiencing high blood pressure. Conners heart problems may require some minor surgery in the future but nothing to worry about right now. Both boys did excellent through the night without their breathing machines, Connor had to be given oxygen a few time but other than that they are doing great!! Connor is urinating properly. Carter is still on a catheter, theyre thinking that maybe the blood pressure medicine Carters is on may be affecting his kidneys so they will be sending a specialist in today to make sure everythings ok. The doctors and surgeons said the boys are doing way better than they ever imagined, they have exceeded the doctors expectations and some! The boys separation surgery will be divided into two steps. The first being to separate their intestines and close the opening in the stomach in which that surgery will be performed sometime soon. The second step will be separating the boyss liver and separating the boys of course! The surgery to separate the boys will be performed in or around 6 months, from now to then will give the boys liver time to grow stronger and develop all their blood vessel. After the separation surgery it should take the boys 8 to 10 weeks of healing before they can come home!!! The doctor said the boys have accomplished so much in just there 6 days of life!! How amazing? We are soooo blessed! We thank everyone so much for your prayers! God surely have been listening and blessing us and and our boys! Thank you God! ! We truly do miracle babies!!
