#utpol What an honor it was to attend and chair the Davis County Democratic Party Nomination Convention today. I know we have the best congressional candidates and three of them proved that today. I know we have the best candidate for Utah Attorney General and Charles Stormont proved that today. We also have two great candidates running for the Davis Commission, not to mention the quality candidates Davis County has running for the state legislature. I was inspired by our keynote speaker, Rep. Brian King and I enjoyed introduing the candidates for Utah State Democratic Party Chair, Peter Corroon (My pick), and Richard Davis. I also was grateful to talk about my friend, J Dell Holbrook, who was awarded the Spirit of Our Community award. Thank you Davis Democrats for once again putting together a wonderful convention! Thank you for allowing the honor of chairing a that convention. Thank you for allowing this grateful Democrat an avenue to participate in the political process!
