... we got a phone call from our neighbor as we were getting ready to leave church that there were dogs in our pasture killing our goats. We have had a couple of stray dogs around and I even had the police out last night because they killed 5 chickens and 2 ducks yesterday. ....long story short, we lost 3 goats and 4 of the 5 left are not doing well. worse yet, because my dogs were in the mix, an officer shot my dog in the leg. (not his fault, I do not hold him responsible) .... needless to say, Im feeling pretty down right now. Praying that my other 4 goats dont die, that they improve quickly, if they dont start showing signs of improvement in the next couple of hours, they wont make it through the night. Praying my vet bill is doable being that I am going to have to bring Holly in tomorrow.
