...what a marvelous thing, that God does, when He provides our needs for us. I wont complain about lifes hardships, but I will testify about lifes blessings. 8-) You may or may not know that I have had some personal things happen to me in recent time, that have changed my life....in a rather abrupt way. But through all of that, let me share with you about our Father in Heaven, and the way he cares for us. I have been in need of a piece of furniture that would provide a perfect support for my legs. Ive changed furniture here, frequently, in my search for that perfect answer....with no luck. As usual, my patience wore thin and finally I turned this need over to God, pleading to Him, for His help... even a miracle would do, I supposed. Now, understand that over time I have eliminated material things that I just didnt need anymore...among those things chosen, was my last saddle. It had been advertised for sale, over several months and I hadnt received even 1 call. But, I kept the saddle for sale and kept searching for a chair. So fast-forward a bit....a few days prior to this past weekend, I decided to turn the sale of the saddle and the search for a chair, over to God...so, over the weekend, there appeared in Craigslist a chair, which according to the ad, had been posted for several weeks before. Somehow, I had not seen it. This chair answered every point of need that I have physically.... solid and large, just how I wished I could find, and its firm to sit in, supporting my body very very well, and the best feature of all is that the footrest is not only long enough so that my feet dont hang over the edge, but the way its made it doesnt even touch the back of my lower legs (calves). Giving FULL support to them without pressure. NO PRESSURE. (a huge need) WoW. And the color is perfect for my taste too....PLUS.... its the very brand name manufacturer that I hoped to find...very high quality. It couldnt be any better suited for me. Well, so back to the saddle... Ive had that saddle for sale, for a long time with no one even calling on it.... and almost the same day I saw this chair, someone called about buying my saddle....making an offer to me that was the exact price of the chair. Co-incidence? I dont believe so. Not when we have a Loving Father in Heaven who watches out for us so intimately. He knows and responds to the very vibration of our heart. I feel humbled again and again, that with all He has to do for everyone else, He still sees me and doesnt miss even the breath I take. Well, so whats your point Ricky...? My point is, that God loves us. God loves you. He Knows you...every little feature, every little problem and every little hitch in your git-a-long....and if you will choose to submit your needs to Him and allow Him to choose the things that are best for you, even if its to only dry your tears.... He will. And He will do it with a motive to provide for you, the very need that you have. Trust God, challenge Him to provide for you...dont hesitate to challenge His promises...and then, dont hesitate to Glorify Him.
