...yea I know: I have no self-control. Just cant stay away. Two questions for those familiar with town planning: 1. Does Accra have a green belt? 2. Are there planning rules for developments outside city limits and/or in the countryside? I ask because Im fed up with the creeping, seemingly uncontrolled growth of Accra, in particular. The concrete jungle is growing ever wider, blighting our countryside, suffocating and sucking the life out of the little breath of fresh air away from the manic chaos of the city, driving some of us villagers up the wall. Im on the verge of moving even further out into the forest. Just so I can breath.
