My Dear, the tree we are referring to here is not just a tree but a Fruitful Tree. Now imagine a Fruitful Tree that is being Planted beside a stream of water, meaning it is forever watered; the Tree would definitely bear good Fruits whenever its season is due, its leaves shall always stay evergreen.
