#الهندسة_المدنية A leading Construction Company in KSA is looking for qualified candidates for the following vacancies: 1. Contract Specialist Main responsibilities: a. Manage sub‐contractors’ payment certificates. b. Comparing Subcontractors PC vs. invoiced to client c. Maintain a subcontract log for all awarded S/C works and ensure proper documentation for all from signature to final supply/apply. Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer. - More than five years of experience in the same position. 2. Purchasing Specialist Main responsibilities: a- Divide the B.O.Q to packages / Procurement List b- Define Vendors participated in Tender & Specified . c- Define Budget Target & Packaging Strategy ( Subcontractor Material & Workmanship ,Material supply only , Workmanship Only ) . d- Refresh Tender Offers & Add 2 New Sources (where applicable) . e- Collect, Negotiation , Analyze Rate, Delivery, Terms of Payment & Technical data . f- Prepare Comparison Sheet between offers where complied with specification . g- Prepare the Material Submittal for the approved Source by Top Manager h- Prepare the Contract to review with the projects manager to be signed with S/C or Supplier . i- Follow up the Material with Engineer to take approval . j- Prepare Tracking Sheet and follow up the material until delivered to site . Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer. - More than five years of experience in the same position. 3. Planner Engineer Main responsibilities: a- Generate the Contractual / Base line Schedule with clients prior issuance, and ensure Compliance with Contracts & Company’s Standards. b- Prepare Monthly Progress reports prior issuance, and ensure compliance with Contracts& Company’s Standards. c- Ensure that site is issuing the Daily & Weekly Progress reports in frequent manner. d- Support in issuing Extension of Time Claims. e- Issue Monthly Executive reports describing the following: f- Project Progress and comparing this with Baseline schedule of work (in terms if %). g- Highlight Area of Concerns. h- Provide advice and solutions for critical items and delays mitigation. i- Productivities j- Spent Man‐hours Vs. Earned k- Actual Cash Flow vs. Earned L- QA/QC analysis (figures only) m- Prepare & Issue Tenders Schedules with all required histograms and charts Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer. - More than five years of experience in the same position.
