❤️ LOVE SAVES THE DAY - EASTVILLE PARK ❤️ We are pleased to announce today that, after a long period of consultation with many parties, Love Saves the Day has chosen Eastville Park as its home for 2015. Castle Park was an amazing and unique location, one that we will sorely miss - however Eastville Park offers a brand new world of opportunity for the festival - especially for continued growth and development. We have huge plans for Decor and Installations throughout the venue, totally transforming the park and the different stages - as well as a world of extra activities and entertainments that we can bring to Eastville. Our emphasis is going to be focussed on improvement throughout the festival rather than just getting bigger - we are only planning to expand slightly in 2015 - capacity will still be limited and the festival will still feel intimate and unique. The extra size that Eastville Park can give us allows us to improve all of the utilities for the festival - for example more toilets, larger bars, a larger food concession area, fairground rides and lots more hidden extras and secret areas that will reward those people who work to find them. The new venue will also allow us to significantly raise the level of our production - which we were always severely restricted by at Castle Park. Hand-in-hand with this our Artist line-up is also looking like the biggest and best we have managed to book in so far - cant wait to get this out to you. Eastville Park is also walking distance from many parts of the city, whilst for others we will be laying on specially commissioned buses to bring people from the centre of the city. We will also be providing cycle racks for those who wish to bike to the park. Finally, with Bristol chosen as the European Green Capital for 2015, Eastville allows us to really push Love Saves The Day as a flagship sustainable festival for the whole of the UK. We are going to be putting a huge amount of emphasis on having the lowest environmental impact as well as the highest level of sustainability we can achieve through a number of new initiatives. Alongside this Love Saves will work in partnership with the people of Eastville to make sure that the venue leaves a lasting positive legacy for the neighbourhood and the park itself.
