Love this song so much! Its so empowering! If theres anything Id like to share with everyone on my birthday is this message: TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH AND THE ONE BODY GOD HAS GIVEN YOU!!!! Last year I had a goal, and that was to get my energy back , to feel stronger and to normalize my blood pressure and cholesterol and be in the best shape of my life. Am I there? No! Far from it! But I am halfway there, and there is no stopping now! In January of this year, my numbers significantly went down, cholesterol was down 61pts, and I am not vit.D deficient anymore. From 12 supplements, I am down to 1. This is not a diet Im doing, this is not a one time event, it is a healthy lifestyle I am learning to do for myself and I am doing this to also help inspire others that they too can do the same! What a blessing! What was once a huge struggle of mine is now used to give blessing to others. God amazes me with his plans for my life! I am so grateful to be able to be so alive on my 43rd birthday, yes - you heard that right! lol! And why am I working out in the dark? Its because my kids are asleep and I did this workout at 2am! Why? Coz I have the energy and I wanted to start my birthday right! I posted this video because this is my workout right now together with some strength training via weights. I am able to do these moves because I have developed strength in a years time, but it was a slow and gradual progress! Last year, I could barely do burpees, couldnt hold 2-3 knee push-ups, and let alone balance on one leg! I am so grateful that the body can transform, and that the impossible becomes possible!
