Here is how todays Booty Blast will go: Que up Dark Horse by Katie Perry. I chose a remix version. (About 4 min) Then do the following exercises over and over until the very last note. 1⃣ 10 deep squats 2⃣ 10 low reverse lunges 3⃣ 10 side to side lunges Remember for extra booty burn always push through the heel when coming up from squats or lunges.
