Here is how todays #FabAbs will go: Que up Burn by Ellie Goulding (about 4 min) Then do the following two exercises over and over until the song is over and your tummy muscles burn! 1⃣ 3 position transitions from boat pose to hollow. Hold each position for 5 seconds before transitioning. You will hold position 1 (boat pose) then 2 (in between boat pose and hollow) and last position 3 (hollow) yhen back to two, etc... Everytime you comeback yo boat pose you have completed one rep. You have three reps before moving on. 2⃣ 15 bicycles Modify the first exercise by keeping your legs down on the floor as you transition. Its gonna burn!! But you are strong and you have what it takes to push through it. One day closer to #fababs!! Burn it up!
