☀️Couples Piyo Workout fun fact : did you know Andre and I are both Piyo certified instructors? these moves are awesome for your core start out doing a Piyo Pike. One hand down on the ground in line with your shoulder keep your court height in feet planted solidly on the ground. Bring the top hand to the sky and under your body and back up again to 15 reps of this. The next move is a crouching push-up youre going to tap one ankle to the other while going down into a push-up and then kick that back leg straight up to the sky. Do 15 reps of this as well Now my favorite move, the walking push-up! Are you going to stand up straight, take four steps so using your hands into a high push-up position from there youll go down into a tricep push up and back up and walk your hands back to your feet! Do this 5 times repeat this entire sequence twice switching sides for the two first moves on the second round. Obviously this workout is way more fun with a friend so take your gym buddy and have an amazing workout today!
