He dont record while the witness gave there statement. 3. He investigated the officer curing me, he ignored the witnesses statement about the officer beating me. 4. I had 5 witnesses only 1 was subpoenaed to go before the grand jury. They used that witness cause thats the one tony falsified her the statement. 5. I get a letter from the DA office stating that I can go to the grand jury Hearing,. I was given the opportunity to appear & testify. 6. Assistant District Attorney Frederick Welter refused me to testify before The grand jury. Only one person testified & that was the witness that Statement was falsified by tony. Welter called the young lady in for for the grand jury. About 15 minutes later they walked out from the grand jury to the elevator, I said sir my name is wendell price I am here to testify before the grand jury you sent me this letter to came. Welter replied I didnt know you was here its over now. I said what you mean it over. I told him he dont know the young lady was hear until you called her name. I told him you never called my name to see if I was hear. Welter told me get a lawyer before you talk to me again & walked away. I was denied to go before the grand jury & tell my side. Everything was rig. 7. Assistant District Attorney Frederick Welter knew what he was doing. He was handling the case for the incident with my car what officer Credeur falsified. Welter told me he is going by what the officer say. Welter was the prosecutor that prosecuted me when the officers came to my house about the dog. Frederick welter have a law offices in Rayne La. Everything was rig. 8. Carroll Stelly do an internal investigation on officer Joseph Cormier cursing me. Officer Cormier did more than curse me, Carroll Stelly did not investigate the police brutality misconduct unnecessary force that the officers did to me. Carroll stated in the audio, bring all witnesses back in the morning Tony will do there statement for the police misconduct that they withness. 9. This was the description of the person they was looking for from the RPD call log, 3 black male on live oak st. One of the suspect was wearing a red shirt with a pitbull. Please look at the call log it say pitbull. It do not describe what color pitbull they looking for. Now on officer Credeur report He stated that officer Cormier advised him that the driver stated that the Suspect were 3 black males on live oak st. Credeur stated that Cormier yelled At him stating that one of the suspect was wearing a red shirt & had a large Tan pitbull. In officer Cormier report he stated the victim stated 3 black male One was wear a red shirt & one was wearing a white shirt with a tan pitbull. Officer Cormier & Credeur made up the color for the dog cause my dog was tan. In the call log it stated the guy in the red shirt had a pitbull. In Credeur report he stated officer Cormier told him a guy in a red shirt had a tan Pitbull. Now in officer Cormier report he states white shirt. The reason he put white shirt cause I had a white shirt on to make it look like I fit the description. 8. Thats how the good ole boy network works. They look out for each other. The cover up started @ the RPD & ended @ the DA office with Assistant District Attorney Frederick Welter.
