00z GFS and NAM have held course from the 18z runs, albeit a slight south movement on the GFS and a slight northward shift on the NAM. I can say with strong confidence that SE VA will see a significant snowstorm, from Hampton/Newport News to Suffolk, Norfolk, VA Beach. Further west, towards Williamsburg, and especially Richmond it gets REALLY tricky. GFS has 3-6 for Richmond (not accounting for higher ratios due to temperatures in the teens) and NAM has none. GFS has 5-6 for Williamsburg (not accounting for ratios) while NAM has up to 1. What I do know is, there will be a sharp cutoff line. Where that cutoff line between little to nothing and a significant snow sets up remains to be seen, as it will be VERY crucial in regards to snowfall totals. Stay tuned and have a good night! ~Daniel
