01/07/07, that was my quit date. Been 8 years today since I smoked my last cigarette. Time does fly. I smoked 2 1/2 packs a day for 26 years ( hence my COPD, for the rest of you still smoking. Lost 45% of my lung capacity, never to return). I quit on that day and never looked back or had one since. My only regret is not doing it sooner. The old adage, Never quit quitting is real. My PSA for the day, lol.
