Jerry Winder 6:15pm September 29th In college preseason, we had a very large quadrangle ... ran laps and laps! My dubs partner was a high school miler, so I had to keep up with him! Had to do first mile in 6 minutes and second in under 7 minutes. If you missed, had to run 2 miles/day for a week! And I have fast twitch fibers! I loved it I would kill myself, come home exhausted after miles and miles of sprints up hill runs and Indian runs. Best day of the week for me.
