Again we are hearing Kaduna State is suffering to monthly deduction at source servicing previous state loans! How can this be possible? Chattered Accountant and DALLATUN ZAZZAU ALLAH ya jaa Zamani. Recently, people of Kaduna State wake up and heard from Governor Mukhtar Ramalan Yero Dallatun ZAZZAU a statement WE state DONT HAVE MOMEY and we cannot do anything in Kaduna State without money. Yes it is true, a fact also, state like Kaduna will not be developed without finance. The big question that need urgent answer from kaduna state government and its officials is ~How is it Kaduna State is not having money. (BA KUDI) a Jahar Kaduna, ta yaya? ~Why Kaduna State? Kuma Mai yasa Kaduna ne Kawai a Najerya? Haba jamaa! A state out of 36 states of the federation called Nigeria is not having money, which its chief security officer is a professional Account. A Fellow. Fact! We say officially we can prove it! Kaduna State is having ENOUGH constant flow of money from two sources MONTLY since swearing in this administration a fact! 1~ Monthly Federal Allocation. 2~ Internally Generated Revenue MONTLY. A fact. This is for the attention of kaduna people that this slogan of we (state) do not have money, is been used officially to sink home as a pointer and double to defense, why the present administration is lagging. Kaduna State capital projects is standing till, no movement activity to conclude the already ones started by Former Governor Late Sir P. I. Yakowa (R.I.P) yet for young new vibrant Governor to start doing his own brand new project! Till When? As 2015 general election is coming and you need people votes! With this statement OF WE ARE PAYING CUMULATED LOANS BY PREVIOUS GOVERNMENT, the state is not having money as result we can not do anything and no one should expect anything because there is no money!
