03:00 am. My own time, my own space. This is when Ive had enough sleep and the conscious mind takes over from the subconscious. It starts thinking, and roams over what happened yesterday and what needs to happen today, tomorrow and from there on into the future. Yesterday was a great day. I met a lot of people, among whom were well wishers, a media MD and publication expert, a great editor, a youngish SAS old timer, and so on. Yes, we discussed my current and next book that I want to get printed soon - the making of a power point video presentation with a WOW factor, and unrelated topics, such as good foods & how to keep cancer and the tummy down by Tim Noakes, important social events in the offing and how to win the lotto. Im excited about everything except the lotto. Only other peeps win the lotto, which revelation came to me long ago after spending fruitless days working out hot numbers with 99% probability, so now I occasionally buy R20s worth of quick pic to save myself from lifestyle annihilation. Now among other items of much interest, are two Authors who have sent me their manuscripts to read. Both present exhilarating accounts of high level operations during the Rhodesian bush war that boggle the mind. Theres lots that impresses me in these accounts, but can you imagine ducking around shops in Salisbury while trying to remain incognito while following two KGB spies? Ah yes, there is so much to come....we dont know the half of it - not yet! And now, back to bed for an hours kip before starting a brand new day! I wonder what exciting things will materialize today?
