05 JULY 14-04 WEATHER ADVISORY #01 @ 10:30AM FOR TY (NEOGURI)>The TY NEOGURI outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) was estimated based on all available data at 1,320km east northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (15.5degN, 137.8degE). It has maximum sustained winds of 130kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 25kph. It is expected to enter the PAR by tomorrow early morning. The general public and DRRMCs concerned are advised to be alert and to monitor for the updates to be incorporated in the public weather forecast at 5:00 PM today, and for weather bulletin to be issued tomorrow morning or earlier.
