05 injured in road accidents Srinagar, 11 July: Five persons were injured in two separate road accidents across the valley. A Maruti car bearing registration number JK01L/0822 hit a parked truck JK02F/2169 at Barsoo in the jurisdiction of Police Station Awantipora, resulting in injuries to 02 passengers Ghulam Qadir Malik resident of Shereen Bagh Srinagar and Bilal Ahmad Shah resident of Firdous Colony Bemina. Both the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Pampore. Police has registered a case in this regard. Meanwhile, a motor cycle bearing registration number JK15/1160 skidded off the road near Kunzer Bridge, Baramulla resulting in injuries to 03 persons including the motorcyclist Zubair Ahmed Beigh son of Mehraj-ud-din resident of Kralweth. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard. Lady found dead in Srinagar Srinagar, 11 July: A lady was found dead in suspicious conditions in Sonawar area of Srinagar. Police has registered a case and investigation has been taken up to ascertain the cause of her death. A lady Kawita age about 25 years wife of Vinod Kumar resident of Pathankote presently living as a tenant in a house at Sonawar Srinagar, was found dead in a suspicious condition in her room. Police Station Ram Munshi Bagh has started investigation under section 174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of her death. Residential house damaged in fire Srinagar, 11 July: A residential house was damaged in a fire incident in Handwara, last evening. Fire broke out in the joint residential house Mushtaq Ahmad and Mohammad Sadique Shiekh sons of Mohammad Dilawar Shiekh resident of Tarathpora, Handwara. The house was completely damaged in the incident. However, no loss of life or injury was reported
