08-01-2015 >> (D.D.E UNIVERSITY OF KASHMIR) >> From the Director Desk Guidelines for Liaison Officers regarding first contact classes: It is for the information of the concerned liaison officers/programme coordinators that they will submit the following inputs pertaining to 1st contact classes in the office of the Directorate upto prescribed date so that the necessary arrangement for practice of teaching will be made well in time. Via #JkLatestupdates . п > Teacher Attendance Register. п > Student Attendance Register. п > Name, Qualification, Experience of Teaching, Paper assigned and Mobile No. of the Resource Person engaged for personal contact classes. п > List of students whose attendance is less than 60% and who did not attend the contact classes. п > The consolidated information should be submitted in the office of the Directorate against proper receipt, along with the formats in the form of sets. The one set will contain the letter of consent from the concerned head enclosing the formats of 10-15 students and so on. Via fb. Com/JkLatestupdates . п > Bills countersigned by the Programme Director (Principal) of the contact centre, with Rs. 2/Revenue Stamp affixed. The bills should mention the dates of lecture delivery, roll number series allotted, paper assigned, qualification , mobile number , bank account number ,pan card number of the resource person. It is mandatory that the resource persons shall furnish a certificate that he fulfills the norm in terms of qualification for teaching a particular subject which is to be countersigned by Liaison Officer / Programme Director (Principal).The bill which does not fulfill the above statutory requirement will summarily be rejected, without further communication. п > Please submit the time table copy of 1st PCP. п > The feedback /suggestions received from the students about the execution of PCP. Com/JkLatestupdates . п > Please note that the minimum eligibility criteria /norm for engaging resource persons for B.Ed core papers and optional papers is M.A. Education with B.Ed or M.Ed, while for language and teaching papers the candidate should be post graduate in his area of specialization with B.Ed. > The retired experienced hands are also eligible to work as resource persons. > a) The eligibility of a resource person for teaching core papers/special paper of B.Ed Programme is as under:M.A. Education with 55% marks + B.Ed Or M.Ed with 55 marks. Com/JkLatestupdates . > b) Eligibility of a resource person for teaching papers of B.Ed Programme is as: > Teaching of Geography : M.A./M.Sc Geography with 55% Marks + B.Ed . > Teaching of Physical Science : M.Sc Physics/Chemistry with 55% + B.Ed. > Teaching of History/Civics M.A. History with 55% Marks + B.Ed. > Teaching of Urdu : M.A. Urdu with 55% Marks + B.Ed. > Teaching of Environmental Science : M.Sc Environmental Science with 55% + B.Ed. > Teaching of Hindi : M.A. Hindi with 55% marks + B.Ed. > Teaching of English : M.A. English with 55% marks + B.Ed. > Teaching of Kashmiri : M.A. Kashmiri with 55% marks + B.Ed. > Teaching of Bio-Science : M.Sc Botany/Zoology with 55% marks + B.Ed. >> All concerned course coordinators/Dealing Assistants will ensure that bills of resource person are properly scrutinizing as per above eligibility for payment purposes. Moreover a resource person cannot take more than two classes per day. In case of delay, the above information will be accepted subject to the approval of the Honвble Vice-Chancellor. > Guidelines for the students regarding selecting Practice of Teaching Schools Student shall be required to follow the steps as under: > a) Form a micro-study group of 10-15 students > b) Choose the group representative > c) Fill the teaching practice form available at respective contact centers or on the distance education website Use one teaching practice form for 10-15 students. > d) Choose the school for practice teaching > e) Get the letter of consent from the concerned Head of the Institution duly signed and stamped > f) Enclose the letter of consent with teaching practice format and submit it with the concerned liaison officer/course coordinator at the conclusion of contact classes.
