Glad you are all with us....Thanks a million!! - Pappa Smurf Weaver Island: Had another GREAT idea for our Island paradise we will call Weaver Island. Actually this great idea is already being used in Sweden and I like it so much (and think you will too) that I think we need to have this on our Island. The idea is this: A good driver lottery! Heres how it works: A speed camera photographs the license plates of drivers doing the speed limit, as well as those who are speeding. The people who are obeying the law will have one of their license plates pulled (in a lottery) and receive a portion of the money collected from fines of those who were speeding! I would be willing to bet that most folks on Weaver Island will be better- more attentive drivers than anywhere in the world! This place is just getting better and better! Make today count folks! Lt.
